South Side Community Centre is a base for local
community groups and learning opportunities in the South Side
area of Edinburgh.
The Centre, which has been open for over eighteen years, is in
an excellent location on a main road in the heart of the South Side.
The building was a former church whose space has been converted to provide
a café, two multipurpose rooms and a large hall.
The
current programme of activities is available from the centre.

Memorabilia wanted!
Do you have any old photographs or other
interesting memorabilia on James Clark School, St Leonard’s Lane?
Southside Heritage Group
is putting together an exhibition of events on the history of the school later
this year at Nelson Hall Community Centre in Spittalfield Crescent. It is over
thirty five years since the school closed and we are keen to develop archives
on the school’s history.
